My partner and I saw a couple of houses with another agent through a website. He showed up late, went to the wrong house, and had food stains all over his shirt. We did, and the experience went from food poisoning at a roadside greasy spoon to a 5-star meal at the Waldorf. Basically, he was the exact opposite of food-stain-guy from the get-go. Sydney is classy with a capital c and knows the real estate business inside and out. He has worked the real estate market in New York, San Francisco, and now Los Angeles. The man is an expert. We, however, as first time home buyers, were not. Sydney gained our trust almost immediately and from that point on, we spoke with him night and day until we purchased our dream home at a steal of a price in what is currently a crazy market. Sydney works with you every step of the way and makes you feel like you are in the best possible hands. He services every area of Los Angeles. Since buying a home is one of the biggest expenses most of us will make in our lifetimes, you should have complete trust in the realtor you are working with. I can not recommend Sydney enough. If you want to buy a home the right way - he is the guy.
